A really enjoyable start to 2014 has included running strategic governance events for Housing Association Boards.
Use of the STOP technique (Step Back, Think, Organise, Proceed) has proved really effective in coaching some inspiring people over the last 6 months.

Time is flying by this year!
I have just received really excellent feedback on a one day course which challenges businesses on how they design & implement change. Delegates described the event as “inspirational”.
I really enjoyed talking at the National Housing Federation HR Conference in May, where I spoke about aligning HR Strategy to Business Plans. It was great to meet so many people who are passionate about housing, and who are facing upto the current challenges for the sector.

July 2012 – Glorious Summertime
I am currently working with two different businesses who both have identified a need to develop their coaching expertise. One organisation is wanting to develop their leaders for the future, and I have designed a bespoke programme to support them in this. The other is setting up an in-house coaching team; I am working with them so that they are skilled to carry on the coaching themselves once the programme has finished.

At the moment, I am working with an organisation to develop 18 of their leaders. This includes designing a leadership competency framework, psychometric profiling and both individual and group coaching. I have written three bespoke leadership modules for their business.
