Over the last months I have been doing some work with Community Gateway Association, and have really enjoyed my time there – a great bunch of people. Below is a quote from their Chief Executive.
” Emma initially came in to work with all of our Senior Management Team. She helped us identify where we wanted to be developing to further improve the way we operate at CGA both through individual coaching and team events. She was quickly able to work with us in such a way that allowed her to challenge us appropriately and develop a level of rapport that is often difficult to establish with external consultants. She is now working with 30 of our next level of Managers to support them in their Leadership Development. I would recommend Causeway Consulting to any organisation that wants to challenge itself and develop effectively.” Diane Bellinger, CE, Community Gateway Association
Really pleased to have had two more dates added for this course – in Glasgow and Manchester. Feedback has been great, and I am really enjoying working with The Hub Events. Click here for further information and booking.
A really enjoyable start to 2014 has included running strategic governance events for Housing Association Boards.
Use of the STOP technique (Step Back, Think, Organise, Proceed) has proved really effective in coaching some inspiring people over the last 6 months.
